Looking for a LOW COST Conference Room in Rockingham?
The RBDC has a Conference Room available for hire to small and big business alike. Situated in the office section of the Centre in Rockingham, the room is perfect for a range of activities including meetings, seminars and training sessions.
For a training session with tables, the room is perfectly sized for 12-16 persons. If tables are not required for example for an AGM or seminar situation; then the room is sized for approximately 30 persons.
Facilities in the Conference room include a full sized fridge, benches, tables, chairs, glasses, cups, cutlery, urn, catering tables, heating and cooling. There is plenty of free car parking for clients and we are situated close to major public transport route for easy access.
Equipment available when hiring the Conference Room-
- TV monitor
- overhead and digital projectors
- large portable screen
- Access to wireless internet
Conference Room Hire Costs-
- per hour - $ 30
- per half day - $ 80
- per full day - $ 120
Charges include free tea, green tea, coffee, decaf and chilled water for the first 10 persons, and charged at $2 per person thereafter.

Here at the RBDC we have a perfect office space available for hire for an hour to a full day. Situated in the front of the office section of the Centre with large picture windows; this is a perfect setting to make a great first impression with clients.
Many of our hirers do not have the available space to meet, interview or consult with business clients in a professional environment . Here is where the RBDC Day Room is the perfect alternative for small staff meetings, personal interviews, meeting with business clients or just a quiet space to get some work done.
Our clients range from small, one person operations to real estate companies and large corporate companies looking for a clean, professional environment to conduct their business with their Rockingham clients.
Day Room Hire Costs-
- per hour - $ 15
- per half day - $ 40
- per full day - $ 70
