Administration services - Occupants along with the general public have access to on-site administrative services such as photocopy and fax. The Centre is able to provide a fully manned general reception area for individual businesses in the building.

Assistance - Located in the foyer of the RBDC, The Small Business Centre SWM provides business advice to people who are in business or are thinking of setting up a business.  Business Consultancy services are provided free to Occupants.  They also provide workshops especially designed for people either starting or currently in a small business.

Conference and Day Room Hire - A separate Conference Room with capacity for 30-40 persons is available for use by occupants and the general public.  The room can be used for theatre style seating or working groups with tables.  An overhead projector, digital projector, large screen and TV monitor are available when using the facility.

Low Cost Rent – To ease the burden on new and small business the RBDC offers rental spaces at a much lower cost than market rates.  Prices will increase gradually each year of occupancy.

Networking - The supportive nature of the business incubators and direct access to co-Occupants makes it possible for networking and to share solutions to common problems. In addition, seminars and presentations from experienced business professionals are conducted from time to time. Individual business owners can get a wealth of useful and relevant information to apply in their businesses.

Parking - Adequate parking is available for Occupants and their staff.  There is also a special bay for the disabled.  Additional bays are also available for visitors/clients of Occupants.

Security – The RBDC is fully alarmed, monitored and serviced by a local security company.  Occupants are issued with a unique security code that will enable them access 24 hours / 7 days week.

Services – Such items such as cleaning and sanitation, water rates, garden maintenance, pest control, building maintenance, security, fire safety controls, rubbish removal, air-conditioning, and the filtered water system are managed by the RBDC.  A small service fee is included in your monthly rental to cover these costs.

Tenancy - Tenancy in the incubator is usually for a period of up to 3 years on average, depending on new Occupants waiting to join. Due to the flexibility of the licence agreement, Occupants are able to leave the incubator, on four weeks written notice.
